Disability Care

We provide specialised care and support for people with a range of disabilities and conditions from learning disabilities and sensory impairment to brain and spinal injuries.

Care and support is provided by our fully trained carers to ensure safe and effective care. Our staff receive regular and ongoing training.

Care and support is person centered and this is determined by the care plans that are agreed with individuals and their families after assessment.

We work with other professionals including; nurses, GP’s, physiotherapists and social workers to ensure that we are providing appropriate care.
