Our service is friendly and designed to adapt to the changing needs of individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

Our care staff are specially trained to work with individuals and their families to ensure safe and effective care is provided at all times. We also aim to ensure that your loved ones will continue to live independently in the comfort of their own home.

Our care and support ranges from daily scheduled calls to check up on your loved ones, helping with daily living tasks, providing personal care, assisting with medication, toileting, morning/bedtime routine, dressing/undressing, feeding and meal preparation.
